Iran's top leader rejected a long-term suspension of uranium enrichment and threatened Wednesday that Iranian diplomats will withdraw from talks with European negotiators if they insist on such a suspension. Heavy water is used to moderate a nuclear chain reaction in a nuclear reactor.
